Film Deux rouquines dans la bagarre
June Lyons récupère sa sœur Dorothy à sa sortie de prison pour vol. Un homme les photographie discrètement. June travaille pour Jansen, candidat à la mairie, qui veut lutter contre la corruption et Caspar. Le photographe, Ben Grace, est un petit truand qui travaille pour le gangster qu’il veut remplacer. Il manipule tout le monde, y compris June dont il tombe amoureux, pour faire élire Jansen, faire partir Caspar et prendre la tête du gang. Il se met aussi dans la poche le nouveau préfet. En aidant Dorothy, qui vole à nouveau, il met en danger son empire criminel.
